Tried some straight ahead animation! And it resulted into this… somehow…

hope i can finish this project in a timely manner. With each test piece I do the process becomes continuously more elaborate. 

Guess I’ll just have to work faster

This painting is dear to me. I made it in what feels now like a haze. Simple drawing simple material, just working it kneading it. All the while a person walking away from a settlement. Today I tried working on it again and I gave it just a little smile. An indication at the corner of the mouth. Happy, sated. That’s what I am now. I undid the changes. But it will stay with me, that after having made that painting I went through my own changes, quelled my anxieties.

Not “happy” simply sated. I’m glad to be just that.
